Clark noted that the brand's launch of five foil eyeshadows is particularly special to the collection, as the item was directly inspired by a trending runway look. 'Metals has been a dominant trend backstage this season,' he said.

Hate this new brow pencil. Disappointed in MAC from Minnesota. I loved the old MAC brow spiked pencil. This is an awful replacement. Best Brows Ever from Manchester, NH. I swear my collection of brow products is getting out of control. My most recent purchase was MAC Fling eyebrow pencil, as I am always looking for the perfect brow shade and eyebrow pencil formula.
FLING is described as a light taupe ash blonde. The pencil itself is a twist up and have a very fine point, perfect for that tricky arch to tail point.
The formula is very light, making it look quite natural on. There is a bit of wax mixed in so it sticks to brow hairs (but that isn’t so good for filling in sparse areas where no hair exists… and it sucks for swatches).
It is quite natural on me, nearly matching my existing brow hair. It leans a bit yellow/ash, instead of the warm orange I get with my HG eyebrow pencil Veluxe Brow Liner in Strawberry Blonde (review here).

It took quite a bit of effort to get my brows this filled in. I don’t have a ton of brow hair for the waxy formula to stick to, but the colour itself is perfect.

VERDICT: The shade is a winner. The formula… is meh. If they could make a Veluxe Brow Liner in Fling, I’d buy a case of them.
